INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cans of Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna (1x 5 oz can = 200 calories)
  • 3x Pickles – I prefer spicy but these are the best dill option if you are not making them yourself (0 calories)
  • 1/2 Red Onion (1/2 cup = 32 calories)
  • 2 Celery stalks (1 stalk = 10 calories)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon & 1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard (Thrive Market Organic Dijon Mustard & Thrive Market Organic Yellow Mustard contain 0 calories)
  • 1 tablespoon Avocado Mayo (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon White Pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 Lemon Squeeze
  • 1 Lemon Zest (Optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Capers (Optional)

DIRECTIONS:

  • Mix Tuna, garlic & lemon, zest in bowl
  • Add in mustards & mayo and mix completely
  • Add in the rest of ingredients stir and peppers last

NOTES:

The quantities are all up to you. Someone may prefer to add more pickles and little to no mayo. The recipe quantities I use are a good starting point for flavor.
